CRATEMARKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 22 August 2026 Last Updated: 22 August 2026
Welcome to CrateMarket.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrateMarket, including the CrateMarket website, mobile applications, game services, accounts, Global Chat, marketplace, VIP Membership features, and related services collectively referred to as the "Service."
CrateMarket is operated by HSN ("CrateMarket," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or continuing to use the Service after accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use CrateMarket only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into this agreement independently in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use CrateMarket where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CrateMarket complies with the laws applicable to you.
2. Your CrateMarket Account
Some CrateMarket features require an account.
You may create or access an account using supported authentication methods, which may include:
- email and password
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple
- other authentication methods introduced in the future
You must provide accurate information where information is requested.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
You must not:

- impersonate another player or person
- attempt to access another player's account
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Display Names
CrateMarket accounts use a public Display Name.
Your Display Name must comply with the Community Guidelines.
You must not use a Display Name that:
- impersonates another person or organization
- falsely suggests official CrateMarket or HSNDev status
- contains abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content
- violates another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights
CrateMarket may require a Display Name to be changed or may take moderation action where necessary.
Display Names are not ownership rights.
CrateMarket does not guarantee permanent availability or ownership of any particular Display Name.
4. Limited Licence to Use CrateMarket
Subject to these Terms, CrateMarket grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended personal entertainment purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any CrateMarket software, content, virtual item, virtual currency, database, design, trademark, or intellectual property.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or commercially use CrateMarket except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written permission from us.
5. Virtual Coins, Items and Crates
CrateMarket contains virtual game elements including, where applicable:
- Coins
- items
- crates
- inventory
- progression
- marketplace listings
- virtual wealth values
- other virtual game assets
These are digital gameplay features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by CrateMarket, they:
- have no guaranteed real-world monetary value
- are not legal tender
- are not bank deposits
- are not investments
- are not securities
- cannot be redeemed directly from CrateMarket for cash
- do not represent ownership of physical property
Owning a virtual asset means your CrateMarket account has permission to use that gameplay asset under these Terms.
It does not give you independent property rights against CrateMarket.
See Section 36 for additional rules governing virtual assets and administrative corrections.
6. Crates and Randomized Gameplay
CrateMarket may contain randomized or probability-based gameplay systems, including crates and item rewards.
Displayed probabilities, drop rates, progression systems, reward systems, or marketplace values may operate according to game configuration and may change through legitimate balancing, updates, or gameplay systems.
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Virtual rewards are provided for gameplay purposes only.
You must not use automation, exploits, manipulated clients, unauthorized scripts, or other methods to alter randomized results.
See Sections 38 and 39 for theoretical average return disclosures and prospective drop-rate changes.
7. Dynamic Market
CrateMarket includes a Dynamic Market in which virtual item prices or values may change as part of the game.
Market changes may be influenced by game configuration, simulated supply and demand, randomized adjustments, configured events, or other gameplay mechanics.
Dynamic Market prices are fictional in-game values.
They do not represent:
- securities markets
- cryptocurrency markets
- financial investments
- actual commodity markets
- guarantees of real financial value
CrateMarket does not provide financial or investment advice.
8. Player Marketplace
CrateMarket may allow players to list, buy, sell, or otherwise exchange eligible virtual game assets through the internal marketplace.
Marketplace transactions are governed by the game's current marketplace rules.
You must not:
- manipulate marketplace prices using exploits
- conduct fraudulent transactions
- use multiple accounts to artificially manipulate supply or demand
- exploit race conditions or transaction errors
- attempt unauthorized duplication of Coins, items, or crates
- interfere with marketplace escrow
- mislead other players regarding listings
- use CrateMarket's marketplace for illegal activity
CrateMarket may cancel, reverse, restrict, or investigate transactions where reasonably necessary to correct fraud, exploits, technical errors, duplicate transactions, or violations of these Terms.
Completed legitimate transactions involving other players should not be arbitrarily altered.
9. No External Real-Money Trading
Unless CrateMarket expressly introduces and authorizes such functionality in the future, you must not use CrateMarket to arrange unauthorized external sales of:
- accounts
- Coins
- crates
- items
- Display Names
- marketplace assets
- other virtual benefits
for real-world money or other external compensation.
CrateMarket is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made outside the Service.
10. VIP Membership
CrateMarket may offer optional VIP Membership.
VIP Membership may provide additional gameplay features, convenience tools, storage benefits, market tools, crates, notifications, or other benefits described in the current VIP Membership page.
Available benefits may evolve over time.
The current price and billing period will be presented before purchase.
VIP Membership does not guarantee:
- particular marketplace profits
- particular crate rewards
- particular Dynamic Market movements
- specific game outcomes
11. Subscriptions and Billing
Where VIP Membership is sold as a recurring subscription, subscription management may be handled through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
- another authorized payment provider
depending on platform and availability.
The store or payment provider's additional terms may apply.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable purchase interface will disclose the relevant billing terms.
You are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions through the applicable subscription provider where required.
Deleting your CrateMarket account does not automatically guarantee cancellation of an external Apple, Google, or other third-party subscription unless CrateMarket or that provider expressly confirms otherwise.
You should cancel any active external subscription using the appropriate store or payment-provider account controls when necessary.
See Sections 42 through 48 for complimentary access, paid-renewal, cancellation, refund, price-change, and lifecycle disclosures.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- applicable law
- Apple App Store rules
- Google Play rules
- the applicable payment provider
- the circumstances of the transaction
Where a third-party store controls payment and refund processing, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that provider.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Global Chat and User-Generated Content
CrateMarket may include Global Chat or other features that allow players to submit content.
Content you submit may be visible to other players.
You remain responsible for what you submit.
By submitting content through CrateMarket, you grant CrateMarket a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, transmit, display, moderate, process, reproduce, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.
You retain any rights you otherwise have in your original content.
Your use of Global Chat is also governed by the Community Guidelines.
14. Community Guidelines
The CrateMarket Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
You must follow them whenever using player-interaction features.
The Guidelines prohibit behavior including:
- harassment
- threats
- hate speech
- sexual exploitation
- child exploitation
- scams
- spam
- impersonation
- privacy violations
- malicious links
- illegal activity
- abusive or disruptive conduct
The complete Community Guidelines are available inside CrateMarket.
15. Reporting Players and Content
CrateMarket provides mechanisms to report potentially inappropriate Global Chat content.
Reports may be reviewed by authorized administrators or moderators.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific moderation outcome.
You must not knowingly submit false, malicious, or abusive reports.
16. Blocking Players
CrateMarket may allow you to block another player in Global Chat.
Blocking is generally a personal visibility control.
Blocking another player does not automatically:
- ban the other account
- suspend their game
- hide them from the marketplace
- remove them from leaderboards
- constitute an official moderation decision
Blocking and reporting are separate functions.
17. Moderation
CrateMarket may review, restrict, hide, or remove user-generated content where reasonably necessary.
Depending on circumstances, moderation action may include:
- removing a message
- restricting Global Chat
- temporarily muting an account
- suspending marketplace access
- suspending gameplay
- requiring a Display Name change
- banning an account
- permanently terminating an account
Actions may be taken for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, security requirements, or platform rules.
CrateMarket is not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.
18. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- cheat
- exploit bugs intentionally for unfair advantage
- reverse engineer protected game logic
- modify network requests to perform unauthorized actions
- use bots or automation to play or transact
- create or use unauthorized scripts
- bypass gameplay limits
- interfere with security controls
- circumvent account restrictions
- attempt unauthorized database access
- manipulate authentication
- access other players' private data
- distribute malware
- conduct denial-of-service activity
- probe or exploit security vulnerabilities maliciously
- fraudulently manipulate virtual balances
- duplicate virtual assets
- abuse support systems
- abuse reporting systems
- impersonate administrators
- interfere with other players' normal use of CrateMarket
Good-faith security reports should be sent to:
19. Intellectual Property
CrateMarket, including its:
- software
- source code
- game logic
- graphics
- interface
- logos
- names
- designs
- databases
- sound assets
- text
- virtual items
- game systems
is owned by or licensed to CrateMarket/HSNDev and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use CrateMarket trademarks, branding, or proprietary material outside normal use of the Service.
20. Third-Party Services
CrateMarket relies on third-party infrastructure and services.
These may include:
- authentication providers
- hosting providers
- database providers
- email services
- app stores
- payment providers
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
CrateMarket is not responsible for outages or failures completely outside its reasonable control, although we may take reasonable steps to restore affected functionality.
21. Service Availability
We aim to keep CrateMarket available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance
- software updates
- infrastructure failure
- security incidents
- third-party outages
- emergency fixes
- circumstances beyond reasonable control
We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary.
22. Game Changes
CrateMarket is an evolving game.
We may make reasonable changes to:
- gameplay systems
- balance
- item configuration
- crate configuration
- marketplace rules
- Dynamic Market mechanics
- VIP benefits
- UI
- technical architecture
where necessary to improve, secure, maintain, or develop the Service.
We will not intentionally misrepresent purchases already made.
23. Security and Abuse Prevention
We may use reasonable technical systems to identify:
- fraud
- abuse
- automated activity
- exploit attempts
- suspicious marketplace behavior
- authentication abuse
- security incidents
These systems may create security and operational records as described in the Privacy Policy.
24. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated Terms violations
- Community Guidelines violations
- fraud
- cheating
- exploitation
- security threats
- illegal activity
- abusive conduct
- payment fraud
- platform requirements
Serious violations may result in permanent account termination.
25. Deleting Your Account
CrateMarket provides an account deletion feature.
You can initiate deletion through:
Account & Security → Delete Account
Account deletion is permanent.
Deleting your account may permanently remove:
- profile
- Display Name association
- game progress
- Coins
- inventory
- crates
- settings
- current marketplace listings
- current entitlements
- other account-owned gameplay data
Some limited records may be retained or anonymized where reasonably necessary for:
- financial recordkeeping
- security
- fraud prevention
- dispute handling
- legal obligations
- protection of other players' transaction history
Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an externally managed subscription.
26. Recreating an Account
If you delete your account and later create another CrateMarket account using the same email address or authentication provider, the new account may be treated as a completely new account.
Previously deleted:
- Coins
- inventory
- crates
- progression
- statistics
- VIP entitlement
- marketplace listings
- settings
are not guaranteed to be restored.
27. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data are described in the CrateMarket Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your relationship with the Service.
28. No Guarantee of Gameplay Outcomes
CrateMarket does not guarantee:
- item values
- virtual wealth
- marketplace prices
- crate outcomes
- ranking positions
- Dynamic Market movements
- continued availability of a particular virtual item or feature
Game data may change legitimately through gameplay and updates.
29. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrateMarket is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrateMarket/HSNDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the Service where such liability may legally be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
31. Responsibility for Your Conduct
You are responsible for your actions through your CrateMarket account.
Where your intentional unlawful or abusive activity causes loss, legal claims, or technical damage, you may be responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The document will show its current Last Updated and Effective Date.
If we make a material change, CrateMarket may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
Continuing to use CrateMarket after required acceptance means the updated Terms apply from their effective date.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court or authority with competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Thank you for playing CrateMarket.
35. Administrative Roles and Authority
CrateMarket uses the internal staff roles Moderator, Admin, and Owner. These descriptions explain the current role hierarchy but do not expand a role's technical permissions. Every protected action remains subject to the backend authorization actually enforced when the action is requested.
Moderator
A Moderator focuses on community safety and may, where technically authorized, review reports and relevant moderation history, inspect community information needed for a report, remove prohibited Global Chat messages, issue warnings, mute or restrict Global Chat access, require an inappropriate Display Name to be changed, apply appropriate temporary community, gameplay, or Marketplace restrictions, inspect or remove unsafe or prohibited active listings, and document moderation reasons.
A Moderator is not authorized merely by holding that role to change Coins, add or remove items or crates, change VIP entitlement, permanently ban an account, assign staff roles, publish legal documents, modify production authentication or release gates, or change owner-only monitoring or economy configuration. The backend may require a higher role for any action.
Admin
An Admin includes authorized Moderator abilities and may, where technically authorized, ban or unban accounts, suspend or restore gameplay or Marketplace access, correct Coin balances and virtual items, grant unopened crates, enable or disable an internal VIP entitlement, inspect and remove active listings, review support cases, manage announcements, investigate fraud or transaction errors, perform documented player-account corrections, and review administrative audit records.
Changing an internal VIP entitlement does not necessarily cancel an Apple, Google Play, or other externally managed subscription. External billing must be managed through the applicable provider unless that provider confirms otherwise.
Owner
The Owner includes authorized Moderator and Admin abilities. The owner has final internal administrative authority over CrateMarket, subject to applicable law and platform or provider rules.
Owner-only authority may include assigning or deactivating staff roles; changing legal versions and reacceptance requirements; changing supported authentication, maintenance, registration, release, monitoring, security, retention, and alert settings; changing game, item, crate, Marketplace, fee, discount, future drop-rate, VIP, and Standard-player configuration; administering emergency service-integrity controls; and starting, stopping, restricting, or discontinuing game systems.
Owner-only authority may also include changing crate and item base prices, selecting promotional crates, correcting or resetting virtual records where these Terms permit, deleting eligible operational history subject to required legal, financial, security, dispute, and audit retention, and managing emergency security controls.
Protected staff actions require appropriate authentication and authorization. Owner-only and other sensitive actions may also require multi-factor authentication and an audit reason. Staff may act without advance warning when reasonably required for immediate safety, security, fraud prevention, exploit containment, legal or platform compliance, service integrity, or urgent maintenance.
The owner is not required to publish confidential reports, private player information, internal evidence, security methods, or staff notes. Not every moderation or administrative decision can be explained publicly.
36. Virtual Assets and Administrative Corrections
Coins, items, crates, inventory, progression, Marketplace listings, statistics, and VIP access are limited, revocable virtual gameplay records. They are not cash, deposits, investments, securities, or ownership of physical property, and they cannot be sold or redeemed through CrateMarket for real-world value unless a future feature expressly says otherwise.
The owner may make documented corrections when reasonably necessary to resolve fraud, exploits, duplication, technical errors, corrupted records, failed transactions, mistaken grants, invalid balances, unsafe listings, or violations. A correction may add, remove, restore, reverse, cancel, or adjust affected virtual records. Legitimate completed player-to-player transactions will not be altered arbitrarily.
Corrective authority also applies where reasonably necessary for game balancing, maintenance, an incorrect grant, cheating, abuse, a chargeback, refund, payment reversal, compromised account, security incident, database correction, legal or platform requirements, service discontinuation, protection of other players, or preservation of game integrity. It may extend to virtual wealth, discounts, progression, inventory, listings, and related game records.
Compensation, replacement, or restoration is not guaranteed except where required by applicable law or an applicable store or payment-provider rule. The owner will not randomly remove a legitimate completed purchase for no operational, balance, safety, compliance, error-correction, fraud-prevention, or service-integrity reason.
Where an exceptional correction changes a protected tracked statistic, it must be owner-authorized, require the normal owner authorization and MFA controls, preserve the old and new values, record the acting administrator, reason, and timestamp, and remain auditable. Ordinary gameplay does not provide a counter-reset function.
37. Discounts and Promotional Crate Pricing
Crate prices may include temporary Conveyor discounts, First Entry pricing, progression discounts, VIP pricing, promotions, or other clearly displayed pricing modes. An old or base price and the current price may both be shown for comparison.
Not every crate is discounted. A discount applies only to the particular crate, offer, line, account, membership category, event, or promotion designated by the owner. The existence of one discounted crate does not create a right to a discount on another crate.
Discounts may differ between Standard and VIP players and may be limited by quantity, account, progression, time, availability, crate line, or another displayed condition. The owner decides which eligible offers receive a discount.
The final Coin price displayed and confirmed for the specific transaction controls that transaction. Discounts may be introduced, changed, paused, withdrawn, or replaced prospectively before purchase, but the owner will not retroactively increase the confirmed price of an already completed legitimate purchase. First Entry and progression discounts remain separate game systems.
38. Crates, Randomized Rewards and Theoretical Average Return
Individual drop odds, theoretical target average return, actual player results, and later Dynamic Market value are different concepts. For the current production-authoritative profile generator, the theoretical target average return, or RTP, is the configured long-run expected virtual reward value compared with the applicable charged Coin price, calculated over a very large number of paid crate openings using the game's configured virtual values.
RTP is a mathematical long-run target, not a guaranteed return. It is not cash, real-world money, or an investment return. It does not guarantee profit, recovery of Coins, a particular rarity, or a result for a single opening, short session, individual account, or limited sample. Actual results may be materially higher or lower.
Past results do not affect or guarantee future results except where an explicitly disclosed protection system applies. Dynamic Market changes after an item is awarded may change its displayed virtual value. Current discounted, First Entry, and progression-discount profiles calculate their configured RTP against the actual charged price recorded in the immutable profile, rather than silently reusing the undiscounted base price. Free Recovery crates are not paid-crate RTP products.
The exact rarity and item odds shown before purchase are authoritative for that specific stored crate profile. The line-level summary below does not replace those exact odds.
- Line 1 — Recovery Line, paid crates only: 97.5% configured RTP
- Line 2 — Vanguard Line: 97.5% configured RTP
- Line 3 — Mythic Line: 97.5% configured RTP
- Line 4 — Transcendent Line: 97.5% configured RTP
- Line 5 — Eternal Line: 97.5% configured RTP
- VIP Line: 97.5% configured RTP
This table reflects the production-authoritative paid-crate profile generator verified on 22 August 2026. Every current paid crate, including VIP crates, is normalized to a probability total of 100% and an expected virtual value equal to 97.5% of its applicable charged Coin price. A prior static client line label of 99.0% for the VIP line is not the production-authoritative profile value and must not be relied upon as a purchase claim.
39. Future Drop-Rate Changes
The owner may change future crate configurations, protection systems, probabilities, or drop-rate profiles prospectively for balancing, safety, integrity, or development. Changes apply only as disclosed to future offers or profiles and do not rewrite the stored exact profile of a legitimately acquired unopened crate.
Prospective changes may include rarity distributions, item pools, reward values, protection systems, or drop rates and may be made for maintenance, security, or compliance as well as balancing and development. Updated exact odds must be available before an affected purchase.
A saved profile may be adjusted only where genuinely required to correct corruption, technical error, exploit, fraud, legal noncompliance, or another documented integrity problem. Where separate advance notice is not legally or contractually required, the owner may make prospective balancing changes without separate advance in-game notice; any legally required notice remains required.
Before a paid crate purchase, the applicable exact odds and price must be available for review. Viewing, listing, transferring, purchasing, or opening a stored unopened crate must continue to use its preserved profile where the feature promises profile preservation.
40. Changes to In-Game Prices and Configuration
The owner may prospectively change virtual base prices, Conveyor prices, Dynamic Market rules, Marketplace limits or fees, inventory limits, progression, discounts, line configuration, and other game settings. A future configuration change does not guarantee compensation for earlier virtual values and does not retroactively change a completed confirmed transaction.
This may include crate base prices, item configured values, listing durations, progression requirements, discount percentages, First Entry pricing, Standard and VIP limits, storage limits, reward pools, rarity distributions, virtual Coin rewards, events, cooldowns, and availability. Virtual prices and historical displayed values are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
Configuration changes remain subject to applicable law, mandatory consumer rights, store rules, and any notice or consent obligation.
41. VIP and Standard Features
Standard players retain normal game access, basic Community Offers browsing and asset-type filtering, and the server-configured Standard Marketplace listing allowance. VIP is an optional entitlement that currently includes:
- VIP-exclusive crates and enhanced benefits
- Advanced Dynamic Market filters
- Market Refresh Alerts for selected items
- Watch specific items for price changes
- Unlimited storage space
- Advanced Community Offers filters
- Extra active listing slots
The current server configuration permits up to 3 simultaneous active Marketplace listings for a Standard player and up to 20 for a VIP player, a current advantage of 17 additional slots. The effective limit returned by the server controls. Active listings above a lower limit after entitlement loss are preserved for management, but creating another listing remains blocked until the account is below its effective limit.
Advanced Community Offers controls are available only after a server-authoritative VIP entitlement check. Basic browsing remains available to Standard players. VIP does not guarantee profit, specific rewards, uninterrupted availability, or a particular game result.
Features that may evolve include storage, crate and VIP Line access, Global Chat sending, notifications, Marketplace and convenience tools, discounts, progression requirements, cosmetic indicators, account limits, and future benefits.
No individual feature is guaranteed to remain permanently unchanged. The owner may prospectively modify features while maintaining legitimate ongoing value for any paid subscription, subject to applicable law, store rules, provider rules, and required notice or consent.
42. Complimentary VIP Access While Billing Is Pending
The owner may grant temporary, promotional, testing, goodwill, or complimentary VIP access without payment. Complimentary VIP is not necessarily a paid subscription and does not create an Apple, Google Play, or other payment transaction unless the player separately completes one.
During the displayed Complimentary Prelaunch campaign, eligible signed-in players may explicitly activate non-renewing VIP access without entering a payment method. No payment is taken, no payment method is required, there is no external cancellation requirement, and no refund amount exists because nothing was charged.
Complimentary access does not auto-renew. It will never be silently converted into paid access or used to back-charge a player. Any later paid plan requires a new, separate, explicit purchase decision through the applicable approved billing provider.
The displayed campaign terms may limit features or duration. The owner may stop new activations or end a campaign prospectively, subject to applicable law and any clearly promised period. Existing access follows the displayed server-configured campaign end or grace rule and may be revoked for abuse, account restrictions, or a documented administrative reason.
43. Subscription Auto-Renewal
This section applies only when a player actually completes a paid subscription through an approved provider. It does not describe complimentary access.
A paid subscription renews for the selected billing period unless the player cancels through the applicable provider. The purchase interface must show the plan, price, currency, billing period, auto-renewal terms, benefits, and cancellation method before confirmation. The store or provider controls payment authorization, tax, currency, renewal timing, cancellation processing, and certain notices.
To reduce the risk of an additional renewal charge, players are strongly advised to cancel at least 48 hours before the displayed renewal time. This is a recommended safety buffer and not a replacement for the applicable store or payment provider's rules. The provider's actual deadline, authorization process, and cancellation confirmation control.
Stopping use of CrateMarket, deleting the app, deleting a CrateMarket account, losing VIP internally, suspension, or a ban does not guarantee cancellation of external billing. A subscription should be treated as cancelled only when the applicable provider confirms it.
44. Deletion, Suspension, Ban and Subscription Renewal
Deleting a CrateMarket account does not guarantee cancellation of an Apple, Google Play, Web, or other externally managed subscription. Players must review and cancel external billing through the provider. Service restrictions and external subscription billing are separate systems.
A suspended or banned player remains responsible for reviewing external subscription status. An account action must not be assumed to stop auto-renewal without provider confirmation. Where technically and legally possible, CrateMarket may notify a player about an active external subscription during deletion or restriction.
Refunds or billing disputes following a suspension or ban remain subject to applicable law and the applicable store or payment-provider rules.
45. Subscription Refunds
Cancellation normally affects future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the provider's rules, transaction circumstances, and any mandatory consumer rights.
When Apple, Google Play, or another provider controls payment processing, a refund request may need to be submitted directly to that provider. A complimentary entitlement has no refund amount because no payment was taken.
46. Subscription Price Changes
Paid subscription prices may change prospectively for legitimate business, tax, currency, platform, or service reasons. Existing-subscriber changes remain subject to the provider's notice and consent rules. Apple, Google Play, or another provider may notify players or require consent before a higher renewal price applies.
The price displayed and confirmed by the provider at purchase or renewal controls. The owner will not silently back-charge complimentary users or enable paid renewal without a separate explicit purchase decision.
47. Voluntary Purchase and No Guaranteed Outcome
Paid purchases are voluntary. Before confirming, players should review the displayed price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, benefits, exact crate odds where applicable, and cancellation instructions.
A purchase does not guarantee profit, a particular crate reward, Marketplace value, Dynamic Market result, uninterrupted service, or recovery of virtual Coins. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
48. Service Availability, Maintenance and Discontinuation
The owner may maintain, update, secure, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue a feature or the Service where reasonably necessary. Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, emergencies, security events, law, platform requirements, provider changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
For any paid subscription, the owner will not intentionally continue charging while removing all legitimate subscription value without regard to applicable law or platform requirements. Material lifecycle changes may require notice, consent, cancellation, continued access for a period, or another remedy under applicable rules.
49. Deletion or Reset of Game History
Account deletion may delete or anonymize eligible gameplay history, statistics, settings, and account-owned virtual records. Shared transaction history, moderation evidence, security records, fraud records, payment or accounting records, disputes, audit events, and records required by law may be retained or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ordinary sign-out, reinstall, device change, session takeover, subscription change, suspension, ban, season change, update, maintenance, or refresh does not reset authoritative tracked statistics. The R34 counters labelled Crates opened and Conveyor purchases begin at the disclosed R34 statistics activation date because complete earlier authoritative history is not available; they must not be described as complete pre-activation lifetime history.
50. Account Security and Player Responsibility
Players are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their password, email account, Apple Account, Google Account, authentication factors, recovery methods, devices, and active sessions. Players must promptly report suspected unauthorized access and must not share credentials or bypass one-active-session controls.
The owner uses reasonable safeguards, authenticated access, role restrictions, database permissions, transaction validation, audit records, and security monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and these Terms do not shift all data-security responsibility to the player.
